Podcast Interview with Colonel Bob Stephan - Part 1

GCA.com is pleased to present the first part of our Podcast with Colonel Bob Stephan the Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Protection, at the Department of Homeland Security. When Governor Tom Ridge was interviewed for the white paper, he labeled Colonel Stephan a change agent; they worked closely together to help build and organize DHS. Taken from his bio on the DHS Website, here is a quick explanation of his duties.
"In this capacity, he is responsible for the Department’s efforts to catalog our critical infrastructures and key resources and coordinate risk-based strategies and protective measures to secure them from terrorist attack."
