"Change Agents" in the News

A couple of notable figures caught the attention of the GCA.com staff this week by publicly discussing our favorite subject - change agents - in the context of two new initiatives:
- During the annual meeting of the Democratic Leadership Council, Senator Hillary Clinton unveiled her new ‘American Dream Initiative.’ In outlining her plans for expanding retirement savings, health insurance, and college education for middle-class Americans, she urged her Democratic colleagues to be, "the change agents our country needs."
- Robert Redford’s Sundance Channel announced the development of a new 3-hour weekly program block devoted to environmental programming. Slated for launch in early 2007, the block will include a "high energy, story and character-driven documentary series about the people and projects that are on the front lines of environmental sustainability and innovation." The show is aptly titled "Change Agents."
